Our hope with this blog is to use some of our own experiences to turn on some light bulbs and really keep some of our key concepts fresh in our readers’ minds.

“Because I said so!” is a phrase that has been bugging me since time my mom kept me from jumping into the pool from my 2nd story bedroom and we don’t want it to bug you too.  So, our thought is that we can create an interactive tool that can be used to gain an ongoing knowledge of what people are thinking when it comes to working as a team member of any kind.

We’d love any input you’d be willing to give so that we can continue to build a more rounded perspective.  And so, we’re going to commit to asking some questions in a lot of our posts so that you can contribute with your own comments and questions. With that being said, let’s start this off with some fun. What is your favorite “because I said so” story?
