Owner, Captain / Thrill Superior (self-proclaimed)
Superpowers
Fritz serves as the face of TEAM EFFECT, Inc. by being the go-to guy for our marketing efforts, program planning and implementation, and staff mentor. He keeps the ball rolling by constantly keeping the staff on their toes and staying in touch with our customer base. In the course of a diverse career in education, training, sales, management and program development, Fritz has proven to be a skilled leader, visionary and entrepreneur practiced in turnaround and start-up. He has, over the years, been known as "youth sport guy", "camp guy", "teen guy", "idea guy", "that guy" and "funny looking guy" (although he is somewhat unaware of the latter).
Experience
He first became interested in team building as a teacher developing new cooperative programs with children with discipline problems; he further honed those skills in camping, youth sports and with family programs with the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis in an inner city facility branch and an outpost program office in one of the nation's fastest growing counties. Fritz has also served as Big Brothers and Big Sisters Director of Match Support and Development.
Lesser Known Facts
He formerly lived as a freelance artist/cartoonist. He has logged more hours in the woods and heat than he ever will indoors in the nice air conditioning. He is a real live Eagle Scout and entertains those willing to listen with his "crafty" guitar skills. Tells the best/worst jokes and the worst/best jokes in the world…confused yet?
