Holler Hoppin' at Rawhide Ranch Policies

Scheduling and Reservation Times:

Open to the public

·         Available year round

Open every weekend (mid March-mid December)

Call ahead for seasonal hours (mid Dec-mid March)

Special weekday appointments available with advance notice (for staffing purposes),  for groups of four         or more.

·        Hours subject to change.

Reservations are required.  There is a limited amount of space per “Hop”.  There may be                 walk in spaces available but you still need to call ahead to confirm availability and schedule your Hop.                 There is a 2 hour cancellation policy to avoid charges.

When making reservations, you will be asked for your credit card number to hold your                 reservation(s).  Upon arrival, you may pay in any form you wish.  However, if you do not show up             for your scheduled time we will charge the entire amount to your card.

If you are late, you may not be able to join your tour. Your group and guides will need to leave as         scheduled whether you are there or not.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reserved time to         sign required release forms and make payment.  If you are running late, call us.  We may be able to offer         you a rescheduled time.
        Our scheduled departure times are dependent on people arriving on time; therefore, if you are late                 and miss your appointment and there is no option to reschedule for the same day, you                 will be charged the full amount.

This approximate experience is engineered for optimum performance for those between 60 lbs.                                 (minimum) and 275 lbs.

We make efforts to begin each Hop on time but may run slightly behind on occasion. 

Cancellations:

We ask that you respect your reservation of  our time, staffing and equipment by committing to the number of spaces you have reserved.  Individuals who fail to cancel reservations more than 2 hours prior to their scheduled reservation will be charged the full amount on the reserving credit card.  Reservations may sell out well in advance. Therefore facilitation staff is scheduled well in advance too.  Costs remain the same when guests fail to keep their reservation. Vacancies may not be able to be filled on short notice.

Weather Related Cancellations:
We may experience weather or maintenance delays from time to time.  If we cannot accommodate you within one hour of your scheduled departure time, you will not be charged and will be given the option of rescheduling.
 
(very heavy rain, lightning, high winds, excessive ice or temperatures).  If your tour is cancelled due to weather, you can either rebook for another time or receive a refund.  If you are in doubt, call for confirmation of the status of your reservation.

We require each Holler Hoppin’ zip line participant to sign an acknowledgement of risk and release of liability waiver.  If a participant is under the age of 18 they must have a parent or guardian sign for them.  There are no exceptions.

Safety Minimums:
·         minimum/maximum waist size to fit safely in adjustable equipment
·         minimum weight 60lbs
·         minimum 7 years old
·         must have maturity to follow all safety commands
·         7-14 yr. must be accompanied by a participating adult over 18 years of age
      (up to 3 children/adult)
