Different Every Time
"I was with [TEAM EFFECT, Inc.] for the third time a couple of weeks ago with Civic Leadership Development, an organization in the Kelley School of Business with over 800 members. You would think going to the same place three times would get repetitive, but it doesn't. The friendly staff does a wonderful job making every visit unique. As the title of my review indicates, they are different from others. They can take the same exact activity seen at other ropes courses and make the experience significantly different. They focus more on what you get from the activity rather than merely focusing on completing the activity... ( they encourage that, too)! They accomplish this by facilitating reflection after each activity and applying what a group learned in the reflection to the next activity. Without hesitation, I give my highest recommendation!"
