We work at your site to help identify the strengths your team already has. 

Together, teams discover the contributions and qualities of their teammates and appreciate the power and value of each. Members are asked to consider what contributions they want to be known for within the group.  Members see themselves as valuable contributors that add flavor to their team and ultimately draw from the combined resources or "Super Powers" of the team as a whole.  Participants learn how the contribution of their personal skills beyond the job description, allow a team to become resources to each other both personally and professionally.  Teammates begin to realize the benefit of being part of a resourceful and powerful TEAM.  Leadership emerges at all levels.  Employees become empowered.  Teams become effective.

Sessions typically are scheduled to be brief one to two-hours that involve group appropriate, illustrative activities and discussion related to the group's goals.  These sessions can bring out the best in your team and capitalize on your most valuable personnel.
