An Actual Detailed Account by Someone Who Was There

For anyone interested in bringing in TEAM EFFECT, Inc. to meet with your team or group I highly recommend them. We did a four hour session on Friday morning during our Spring break. The guys were great, they were non stop and very organized. They took us from one team building game to the next with no down time.
Maybe the most impressive thing for me was how comfortable they made all of us feel because they seemed so relaxed and personable. Even though we started off with name tags, many of which fell off after a short time, they did a great job of learning all 20 girls' names very quickly. The guys were very flexible in every situation that came up. They asked us before and during the sessions if there was anything specific that we needed to try and improve in our group's dynamics. They seemed to have some sort of game or drill for everything we mentioned.
They had a seperate charge to run a campfire that evening. I had second thoughts, thinking that my assistant coach and I could set up a campfire, how tough is that, right? My assistant coach talked me into going ahead with them running it and it was great. They split the girls up into groups. The groups had to do skits, which turned out fantastic. They told stories, they sang "corny" songs, it was maybe the highlight of the two days.
The guys also stayed in almost weekly contact with the coaches to see how things were progressing during the season and even made a few suggestions well into our season when certain situations came up. If someone was to ask me to describe TEAM EFFECT,Inc. in one word, the first word that comes to my mind is sincere. I'm very glad that we spent the time and money to bring in TEAM EFFECT, Inc."
