Simply put, TEAM EFFECT, Inc. operates in two modes:
1. We can travel to you
We facilitate our programs in hotels, business offices, schools, gyms, sports fields, resorts, parks, camps, auditoriums, and private homes. Your options are unlimited.

2. You can come to us
In addition to our Portable/Traveling Programs, TEAM EFFECT, Inc. has partnered with Rawhide Ranch in beautiful Brown County, Indiana. Rawhide Ranch provides us with a "home field" where we can offer several levels of large and small group programs. We have indoor and outdoor space available.

Programs for All Seasons
Team Effect has year round program options.
Our busiest months tend to be during the warmer months but we do operate during the colder months due to our indoor options at both our place and possibly yours. We're even tough enough to work in the snow and is often just the thing to benefit your program (Shhh, some of our facilitators don't know this yet).
Seasonal discounts are often available during the colder months of the year to encourage a more balanced schedule for our facilitators.

Autumn (we don't say "fall", unless we're messing with you)
- Brown County, Indiana is known worldwide for being one of the most beautiful places for Autumn foliage
Winter
- Offered discounts can keep costs lower than other seasons
- Great way to start the New Year
